Description of Services. Winsby develops and publishes desktop software tools for the automotive aftermarket industry, specializing in ACES and PIES data standards. This website provides product information, documentation, software downloads, purchasing, license registration, and customer support resources.

Software Licensing. All Winsby software products are licensed, not sold. Each product is governed by its own End-User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented during installation. The EULA accompanying each product constitutes the complete agreement between you and Winsby regarding the use of that software. These website Terms & Conditions do not alter or supersede any product EULA.

Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, documentation, and downloads, is the property of Winsby Group LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from Winsby.

User Conduct. When using this website, you agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content available through this website; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from this website; (c) interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers; (d) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems connected to it; or (f) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Purchases & Payments. Payments for Winsby products are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Completion of a payment transaction does not automatically grant a software license. License creation and activation is a separate administrative process that follows payment confirmation. All purchases are subject to the applicable product’s EULA. Fees paid are noncancelable and nonrefundable except as expressly provided in the applicable EULA.

Account Information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any account or registration information you provide to Winsby. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any license keys or account credentials issued to you and for all activities that occur under your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties. THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
