Our Philosophy

We make sure you have the necessary support to get the most from our products, and we consistently engage in industry initiatives which might impact our software.

Knowledge Base

We host our own Knowledge Base giving you resources to help yourself. This includes full text search, frequently asked questions, and real-world tutorials.

Help Desk

eMail support is available and actively monitored. You can also use the "Request Help" button on our Knowledge Base to help create a message using your local email client.

Project Management

We use Basecamp to track all customer projects. This provides a central location where employees from both companies can see exactly where a project stands.

Upload Files

Securely and easily send large files directly to our dropbox. We are automatically notified when they arrive.
