A Windows desktop application for browsing the Auto Care Association Vehicle Configuration Database (VCdb), Parts Configuration Database (PCdb), and Part Attribute Database (PAdb).
Yes, VCdbViewer does not include database files. You need a subscription from the Auto Care Association to download VCdb/PCdb/PAdb databases.
The free edition provides VCdb browsing with single-year attribute views. The Professional Edition adds multi-year attribute comparison, "Where Used" analysis, full PCdb/PAdb browsing, and Excel export.
Download and install VCdbViewer, then use File > Open to point to your VCdb Access database file (.accdb).
